Sabona has been funding significant development initiatives in Zimbabwe since 2001. Our primary focus is on Education, Health, Infrastructure, Culture/Innovation and Farming. History has proven that all these are important to create a healthy community.

We strive to support self-help and to create a sustainable future. Through practice we have recognized that self-help is essential to progress. We also ensure that local residents are in control of their own initiatives and engage in the whole cycle, from proposal to execution and to operation. This produces strong , effective, clear and sustainable projects.

Once a job is completed, this task is carried out by the surrounding community so that Sabona can safely move on to help others who need assistance.
